Information we handle

• Order details such as your name, email address, selected product, order number, and payment status.
• Messages and files you voluntarily provide when requesting support.
• Basic technical and usage information needed for security, diagnostics, and reliable website operation.
• Browser storage used to remember your cart, theme preference, and the name and email you enter at checkout on your device. You can clear saved checkout details from the checkout form.
• A first-party visitor identifier and aggregated counts of page views, product views, cart actions, and checkout starts. The identifier is hashed for daily visitor counting; raw payment details are not recorded by this feature.

How it is used

• To process and deliver orders and provide product access.
• To answer support requests and resolve transaction problems.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To understand which pages and products are useful and improve the store.
• To maintain records required for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. ForeGX does not need to receive your full card number. The provider handles payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Information may be shared with providers that host the website, deliver files or email, process payments, prevent fraud, or provide support, but only as reasonably necessary for those services or as required by law.

Retention and international processing

Store analytics event counts and daily visitor hashes are removed after about 90 days. Other information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours and apply their own safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Use the support contact shown in your order receipt to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
