1. Agreement

By using this website or purchasing a ForeGX product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.

2. Digital products

ForeGX sells downloadable or online digital products, including templates, spreadsheets, guides, workspaces, and tools. No physical item is shipped. Product pages describe the included files, format, and intended use.

We may improve a product or correct minor errors without changing its essential purpose. Screenshots and previews are illustrative, but the delivered product should materially match its description.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Taxes, localized currency conversion, and available payment methods may be handled by the payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate order and email information.

A purchase is one-time unless a product page and checkout clearly state otherwise. An order may be rejected or cancelled when fraud, payment abuse, pricing error, or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected.

4. Delivery and access

Access is provided after payment is confirmed, normally through the email used at checkout or an on-screen download link. Keep your receipt and download a personal backup where the product permits it.

5. License and prohibited use

Purchasing a product gives you a limited license to use it, not ownership of the underlying copyright or brand. The License & Usage Policy forms part of these terms.

6. Trading and informational content

Trading, crypto, forex, and macro products are organizational or educational tools only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; they do not provide signals or guarantee results. You remain responsible for reviewing every output and for every decision you make.

7. Availability and liability

Products are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ForeGX does not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or any particular business, trading, or financial result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where a limitation is permitted, ForeGX's aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when the store, products, payment process, or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, except where a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
