ForeGX store policy
Refund & Compensation Policy
How ForeGX resolves eligible problems with a digital order.
Last updated October 6, 2026
No discretionary refunds
Because digital products can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, ForeGX does not offer voluntary cash refunds, returns, or exchanges after access or delivery.
This store policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law or the Merchant of Record requires a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or another remedy, that requirement overrides this policy.
Compensation we will consider
When an eligible problem cannot be corrected with a working file or reasonable support, ForeGX may provide a replacement digital product chosen by the buyer, up to the value of the original purchase. If the requested product costs more, the buyer may pay the difference. Unused value is not paid out as cash.
- The product cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting.
- The delivered file is materially defective or corrupted and a working replacement cannot be supplied.
- The delivered product is materially different from its product-page description.
- Another verified delivery problem that ForeGX cannot reasonably correct.
Not eligible for compensation
- A change of mind after the product has been accessed.
- A missing device, app, account, skill, or third-party service that was listed as a requirement before purchase.
- Results that depend on personal decisions, market conditions, or third-party platforms.
- Requests connected to resale, sharing, fraud, compensation abuse, or another breach of the license.
How to request compensation
Use the support or transaction-management link in your receipt. Include the order email, transaction or order number, original product name, a short explanation of the issue, and the replacement product you prefer. Never send full card details.
ForeGX will verify the issue and confirm whether the preferred replacement is available and of equal or lower value. Compensation is provided once for the affected order unless mandatory law requires another remedy.
Mandatory refunds and payment disputes
If your receipt identifies Paddle or another provider as the seller or Merchant of Record, statutory withdrawal, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-payment, and legally required refund requests must follow that provider's buyer process. For Paddle transactions, buyers can use paddle.net. An approved mandatory refund may end access to the original product and any replacement supplied for that order.
